Kinetics of heavy metal bioleaching from sewage sludge—II. Mathematical model

A conceptual model of the overall process of metal bioleaching from sewage sludge has been developed on the basis of experimental observations. Sludge pH was identified as the parameter which controls bacterial growth and thus the overall process. Quantitative relationships among the various process parameters were incorporated in the conceptual model, giving a mathematical model for the process. Bacterial growth, sulfate concentration and pH profiles simulated using the model were found to match experimental observations. The degree of solubilization of each metal was found to depend on the sludge pH and the type of the sludge and is given as a set of solubilization curves.

A participatory product design process with children with autism spectrum disorder

This study aims to explore the ways of involving children with autism in participatory product design processes. Due to the impaired skills of children with autism, a key aspect of the process is to gain an understanding of the nature of the disorder and how these children interact with their social and material surroundings as well as their daily life problems. Considering this, a case study was conducted with children with autism, their parents and teachers, and also industrial design students in a public special education centre in ?zmir, Turkey. The design task was to reconsider the conventional trampoline design with respect to the needs of the sample group and the special education centre as well as the benefits it provides. The task was based on the patterns of behaviours, actions and movement. Observations, interviews and questionnaires were carried out, as well as collaborative meetings and discussion meetings. Through the case study, the findings provided insights into conducting a participatory process with children with autism, the roles of the participants, and the interaction and communication among them. Furthermore, participants’ attitude towards participatory design, the potential benefits of the design process, and innovations to benefit children with autism were explained.     

我国房地产开发企业品牌延伸策略研究

综合分析了我国房地产开发企业常用的三种品牌延伸策略:企业品牌由单纯的住宅地产向商业地产延伸:企业品牌从最终产品向房地产产品的整个价值链的延伸;企业品牌和产品品牌的跨区域延伸.同时指出,房地产开发企业在实施品牌延伸策略时需关注企业资源的合理使用,并处理好各类品牌之间的关系.     

脂肪族离子固化剂改性水泥土的机理研究

水泥基材料加固土(水泥土)存在早期强度低、易开裂变形等性能缺陷。为对其改性,在水泥土中掺入含水率体积1/300～1/50不等的新型土壤固化材料,离子固化剂(ISS)。通过无侧限抗压强度试验、体积化学减缩试验,探究了ISS改性水泥土的可行性,并通过对表面吸附特性、物相构成演变、微结构特性的表征及分析,对ISS改性水泥土的机理进行了系统的研究。结果表明:ISS分子对于水泥土各组分具有显著的选择吸附性;ISS掺入水泥土后,能够提升体系内各组分的分散性并降低黏土矿物结合水的能力,进而加速土体内水化反应产物的生成,优化土体孔隙结构,提升土体强度并增大体积化学减缩;最优ISS掺量为1/150,过量的掺入会减弱ISS的改性效果,但可降低水泥土体积的化学减缩。相关成果可为离子固化剂应用于水泥土的改性提供一定的参照。     

FDI对于我国进出口贸易结构影响的实证分析

采用1980年到2006年间FDI和贸易数据,对FDI对于我国进出口贸易总体结构、FDI分行业流入对我国贸易结构以及FDI对于我国贸易产业的竞争力进行了实证分析,得出了FDI对于促进我国进出口贸易结构、贸易产业竞争力有明显促进的量化结论。

Q235钢海洋大气腐蚀暴露试验研究

采用Q235钢在海南万宁距海岸95m、25m和海洋平台3个暴露点进行了半年大气腐蚀暴露试验,同时持续监测各暴露点空气中的氯离子含量.利用视频显微镜观测样品锈层的腐蚀形貌,采用比浊法测定腐蚀产物中氯离子含量,使用FTIR光谱仪分析锈层的物相组成.结果表明,样品的朝阳面和背阳面腐蚀形貌存在较大差异,各暴露点样品腐蚀深度与各点空气中及锈层中的氯离子含量密切相关,腐蚀产物的主相为γ-FeOOH和Fe3O4,次相为α-FeOOH和δ-FeOOH.
